ALL ABOUT THE YACHT DREAM TIME
Dream Time is a beautiful New Horizon ketch and an amazing offshore cruiser. She has a heavily constructed fiberglass sandwiched airex cored hull with a center board and carries an eleven-foot draft offshore that balances well against her massive sail plan. Dream Time has 2,138 feet of canvas for the thrill of a real sailing vessel. She sails well in light airs and is also stable in strong winds and heavy seas. This New Horizon ketch was designed by Stan Huntingford and built in Formosa, Taiwan, known for their excellent hulls and wood work. She has traditional lines and is 68' on deck and 77' overall. When you walk her decks and feel the wind you will know what the old sailors felt as they plied the oceans of the world. She also has a center board which means we can cruise the shallows of the Bahamas or the reefs of Belize with a shoal 5 foot draft. Offshore with the board down, she has a solid stiff feel in a heavy breeze. We offer three spacious double cabins each with its own toilet and shower. The forward two cabins are available to guests as well as a huge open salon area, and fully equipped kitchen.
We have lots of amenities with everything from a fireplace to central air and heat. So whether you are lounging downstairs, or sunning on deck, she is extremely comfortable.
