Its time to follow your dreams come sailing with the Yacht Dream Time Booking a trip is easy
The first step to book a trip or charter is check availability via the request form. Charter Request Form Offshore Adventure Request Form Fill out the availability request form. We will review the dates you have requested and contact you via email as soon as possible. If additional information is needed we may contact you directly by phone. The second step is to review and sign the crew agreement or charter agreement form. Crew Agreement Charter Contract When your request is approved we will email the approval notice with the contract information. These forms are available and the entire process can be completed on line. If you prefer you can print these form, review the information, follow the instructions and complete the process via courier. The last step is to review your payment information and select a payment option. The simplest method is to pay on line via a secure server by credit card. You must make a deposit in order for your berth or charter dates to be confirmed. Online secure Payment - Deposit If you prefer you may fax or mail the credit card authorization along with a copy of your passport. If you wish to pay by wire transfer contact us via phone for routing information. Mail the payment in the form of a check or money order. Checks must be in US Dollars drawn on a US Bank. Do not send cash. |
